This ceiling cable cord grip is perfect for hanging lights.
The idea is to bring a cable out of a ceiling rose then a small or large loop into this Ceiling Cable Cord Grip Holder, this will then ensure the cable goes straight down into a lampholder.

The Ceiling Cable Cord Grip Holder has a small grub screw in the side to grip onto the cable to ensure it does not move.

Comes supplied with a single screw and wall plug for fixing.
