AS always, a very good product and service.

Having searched for a long time for a replacement chrome switched lamp holder for light (which is one of a matching set of three) and on the point of throwing the light out, I happened upon Lamp Spares.
My light did not have a standard size fitting - no problem. The replacement fitting had to be chrome - no problem. The fittings in the light were not compatible with what could be bought at local d.i.y. shops or supermarkets, but again - no problem.
The Staff at Lamp Spares are very knowledgable and willing to help - in fact they seem to treat a problem as a challenge and I was assured that they would find a solution!
They did! I now have a full matching set of three lights again, thanks to their help!
The customer service was excellent and the required parts are good quality; were sent quickly and were cheaper (in price) than the unsuitable ‘run of the mill’ items that I could buy locally! Very many thanks.

Great website for lamp fittings etc. Lampholder purchased to replace an existing fitting as a replacement lampshade was a different size. Fitting arrived on time, has now been fitted and appears to be working well. Reasonably priced although I had to pay as much for postage as I did for the fitting!

Following a minor issue with a wrong product delivered it was instantly replace with the correct item.
