Need a larger backplate that normal?
This is the solution, a 40mm diameter Brass backplate. Ideal if you need to add a lampholder to a wooden surface where there is a larger hole to cover up.

There is a 10mm male thread to allow you to fit any 10mm lampholder. Sorry we cant supply a nut cover for this large backplate.

You will need 3 screw which are 3x16mm countersunk wood screws which you find above in related products. (Screws not included)

Backplate review

A very useful piece of kit, which made connecting a bulb holder to the top of a standard lamp easy. An antique finish option would be an advantage but I was able to patinate it in-house with antiquing fluid to achieve that look.

Fixing plate.

Purchased as a trial/sample piece for future projects. Well made and happy with this.

Perfect as a base plate

Was perfect as a base plate screwed to a hardwood plinth for mating to brass flexible tubing to restore a statuette lamp. Worked out really well. Delivery was fast despite the slow down in Postal services would highly recommend Lampspares.
