This shade spider is designed to reduce the hole of your shade from approx. 110mm to 29mm
Simply rest the shade onto the spider and hold the spider onto the lampholder using a couple of shade rings.
29mm lampholder are generally Bayonet Cap | B22 | BC Lampholders.
