This BC | B22 | Bayonet Cap Nickel Switched Lampholder 1/2″ Entry 4833121 is an excellent option for sprucing up a sentimental table lamp or light fitting of your own design. With the sliding bar switch on the connection unit, it adds a beautiful timeless feature to the light fitting.
Comes in 4 parts comprising of the cap which is the section that screws onto the fixing of the light fitting, the centre connection unit where you will connect the live (Brown) and neutral (Blue) and Earth (Yellow and Green) then the top section which will screw over the connection unit and onto the cap. Not to forget the locking ring (Thicker Ring) that holds the cap and skirt together and the shade ring the clamp the shade (Thinner Ring).

This Lampholder must be wired with a 3-core flex that provides the correct earth connection.
Please Note: This 1/2″ lampholder will NOT fit the 1/2″ BSP gas pipe, BSP gas pipe is alot larger in diameter and is a totally different thread style.

The two lamp holders I ordered were delivered quickly. They did look a darker in the photos than the ones received which is why I ordered them, but still happy with them.
Needed a replacement for an old standard lamp and this matched the original imperial size to the closest size. Prompt delivery.
